We specialise in the making of authentic and traditional Hungarian cakes ,like the caramel and chocolate flavoured Dobos Torta,which is known everywhere in the world and it is named after its inventor, a well-known Hungarian confectioner, József C. Dobos.
Other favourites include the delicately-layered Eszterházy-torta,the cube shaped chocolate sponge cake and chocolate cream pastry,called Rigó Jancsi, the Bejgli ,a roll of sweet yeast bread,filled with poppy seed paste or walnuts.
The Austro-Hungarian empire influenced cakes are also a big part of our menu:Sachertorte,Linzer-torte,Ischler-cookies,Black-Forrest Gateau,or Kugelhupf(Kuglóf)
These cakes are typically complex and difficult to make, and are generally not baked at home but eaten at a café or bought by the slice from a bakery.
We also hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate, and have been given an Excellent 5 *rating from the Environmental Health & Licensing Division of Elmbridge Borough Council.

Nagyon szépen köszönjük a tortát. Nagyon szép és finom volt. Mindenki dicsérte. És el is fogyott az utolsó morzsáig. Sok esküvőn láttam már, hogy ott marad az asztalon a sok torta, nálunk össz-vissz 4 tányéron maradt, de akkor sem az egész szelet. Szóval ez nagyon tuti volt!

Fekete erdő torta: az ismert sütemény minden várakozást felülmúló kivitelezése. Nekem nagyon ízlett,hogy a vaníliás és erdei krémes rétegek között ízletes cseresznyeszósz húzódott meg. Sajtos pogacsa: pogi!!!! Az otthon íze az otthontól távol! Mindenkinek tudom ajálani a Sweet Passion féle sütiket. KISS-TAKÁCS KATA
Szerintem nagyon jól dolgozik és precízen. Mondjuk én csak a beiglijeből ettem még ,de nagyon finom volt és töltelék is volt benne bőven.
